• To send event updates, safety notices and newsletters, where you've opted in.
• To respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form.

We do not sell member information. Regional chapter coordinators may access member contact details solely to organise local meets and expeditions.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting a chapter coordinator or emailing the association.
